I have been thinking about Psalm 51 lately. Hearing it at Church and in a song on my iTunes playlist. It reads from verse 10 to 12.

Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me
Cast me not away from your presence, and take not your Holy Spirit from me
Restore to me the joy of your salvation, and uphold me with a willing spirit.

I do pray this to God very honestly and willingly. Daily I struggle to keep my heart fixed on him. This is my desire. That I may have a clean heart, willing spirit, renewed right spirit and joy in my salvation.

What a great section of scripture.

Read it and meditate on it yourself. Recommit to following Jesus.
