This is so simple to make, and very yummy (especially eaten whilst warm because it is crunchy on top and soft and gooey on the inside!) You can download a printable version here.
Ingredients:
1 Cup SR Flour
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
1 Cup Coconut
1 Packet Choc-Chips
1 Cup Milk
Method:
Preheat oven to 160 Fan Forced, or 180 Conventional.
Line loaf tin with baking paper (If the paper won’t stay still, try using pegs to keep it in place!)
Mix all dry ingredients together.
Stir through milk.
Pour into prepared loaf tin.
Cook for 50-60mins, depending on oven.
