I got called Geoff again today. Not by Dad but by some kid at school.
They were making up random names for everyone and so my name was Geoff. I said what!!!!!!!!! Are you serious. They said I looked like a Geoff. That is twice that I have been called Geoff by someone making up a random name for me.
(If you don’t have a clue what I am talking about because you think my name is Geoff, it isn’t I am Jonny)
Geoff thinks he is safe, because he doesn’t have his own room.
Not much happening in this world of Geoff & Hayley at the moment. It is pretty much work, eat, sleep, work, eat, work then sleep… and occasionally we get to see each other as well.
Last weekend we did get to go on the Infusion Year 12 camp to Maroochydoore, where we stayed in a nice waterfront appartment, however I was sick and pretty much slept after each thing I did. It was quite exhausting… and then it was back to work again. Such is life! Looking forward to my next 10-day sleep time, starting next Friday!! Bring it on !!!!!
go queensland and socceroos got ripped off. Had a good holiday but it is almost tiem for school again.
And 3 days later…
After much debate and a near homicide… we finally have a as-clean-as-can-be study!!!!
OOOOHH – A SLEEP IN !!!!
Geoff started school holidays on Friday afternoon, and I’m now in my first 10-day “recuperation time” since starting my new job. So what are we up to? We’ve started cleaning our house! On Saturday/Sunday we did most of the upstairs bathroom, and the shelves downstairs…
This morning my bro came over in the morning to help us move a desk and the Futon downstairs to the garage (if anyone wants the futon – come get it!). So now we have started to clean out the study. Unfortunately, it seems to have gotten worse. Why is it that things always get worse before they get better? Hopefully we won’t give up until it starts to look a little better…
P.S. I think our rubbish-count so far is about 3 bags…
HAPPY 21st BIRTHDAY WENDY!! (For a little while ago…)
Last Sunday, 18th June, was our sister Wendy’s 21st Birthday! With the folks being down in Dapto for a spesh event, we had a kids brekkie! All 6 of us got together at the Eggins’ place for pancakes and ice-cream. OOOooohhh, yum! Choc-chip ice-cream for breakfast! It’s difficult to think of a better way to start the day… Apart from coldrock, or bacon&eggs, a macdonalds choc sundae, frikadellen mit Kartoffel Salat…
Hungry, Geoff?
I have been reading / studying Galatians in recent times and I had a bit of a brain wave this morning as I was doing it. I was a very random brain wave. I thought, “Wouldnt it be cool to draw up a bit of a cartoon of Paul”. Very random indeed. The results of this neuron drizzle are below.
